Thomas Allen’s work as a public artist spans over two decades. Fostering the development of artists in Boston, Allen worked with community members and youth. He is a master storyteller through art. Living in New Bedford, Allen continues to share his knowledge as a mentor. We are honored to have him pour his love into this project.
